We developed and maintain the UMC Health System site on the Sitefinity Content Management System. The custom integration with recruitment applications, bill pay systems, and physician credentialing was critical in order for the site to support multiple audiences. UMC patients, visitors, employees, and prospective employees all have access to unique applicable functionality. Special features include “wait from home” and web-chat capability as well as an employee recognition section.
Recruitment
We developed recruitment campaigns for nurses. This included social media, display, and email marketing to attract qualified candidates. Our work included the creative at UMC Health System, which is recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for in Texas ®, recruits and retains top-level nursing candidates.
