Problem

Athletes for Hope came to us wanting to strengthen their digital presence and grow their non-profit supporters while getting their message out to as many people as possible.

Solution

Our solution for Athletes for Hope included a myriad of solutions. SEO, PPC, social media management and a new website build were all used to reach needs of the client.

Web Design

The original website the client came to us with was outdated and difficult to use. The CMS made any future SEO changes very difficult to implement and slowed down the overall performance of the website. Our new design focused on the overall user experience on site as well as increasing AFH’s donations.

Search Engine Optimization

With a focus on donations Athletes for Hope can gain notice anywhere on the web and don’t have to implement a local SEO focus. The big names of professional athletes and founders was a main focus of the campaign as well as content based on charitable athletes and related keywords.

Pay Per Click

Since Athletes for Hope is a non-profit we leveraged their ability to use a Google Grant campaign to pay for their AdWords spend, most qualified nonprofits have the ability to receive $10,000/month in paid funding towards ads. This gave us the opportunity to bid on relevant keywords and boost overall website in its growth period as well as certain marketing initiatives.

Social Management

As with all nonprofits, a strong social presence was a necessary component to the marketing plan. Management of the everyday communication between social users and the nonprofit was implemented to make sure every reply, comment and post stayed on topic with the overall marketing plan.
