Brad leads the company’s sales and new business efforts. His experience as a small business owner has been invaluable in establishing the company’s commitment to cater to small local businesses. Over the years, he’s provided the oversight and direction for hundreds of new websites. As Gray Digital Group has grown, so too has the profile of the company’s clients. Brad is credited with cultivating long-term relationships with large and mid-sized companies from San Antonio and beyond.

In addition to his current role, Brad also leads the volunteer and philanthropic efforts at Gray Digital Group.

Jim Aderhold, PartnerJim Aderhold, Partner

Jim is a self-described “techie.” He thrives on the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of digital marketing and enjoys the entrepreneurial nature of the technology industry. He has led the expansion of Gray’s product and service offerings and has been instrumental in garnering the company’s positive reputation for our creativity and technical capabilities.

He has also been at the forefront of establishing the company’s niche in the healthcare industry. The dynamic landscape of the healthcare industry has proven to be the perfect place for Jim to put his marketing skills, technical training and education to work. He also serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and oversees the workflow and day-to-day business.

Richard has been with Gray Digital Group since our inception. He has over fifteen years of experience in the digital development and programming field and specializes in data architecture and application development. He is actively involved with Sitefinity user boards as well as online forums and loves a programming challenge.

Richard also oversees Gray’s talented team of designers and developers. From site builds to software upgrades, he ensures that our clients’ sites are performing optimally.

Jen brings more than fifteen years of marketing and communications experience to our team, which includes both traditional agency and public relations expertise. The category of clientele she has worked with consists of non-profit and for-profit organizations. Jen provides leadership to the digital strategy team, ensures our clients’ needs are met and plays an instrumental role in the development of all digital marketing plans.

A nationally recognized thought leader, Smith focuses on the integration of social computing into healthcare arenas. His marketing experience includes time as a hospital marketing director as well as overseeing product development for the Texas Hospital Association. It was in this role that he created a social media guide for healthcare providers which assembles best practices and case studies from hospitals across the country. He was instrumental in bringing the healthcare track to the SXSW® Interactive festival, and is a member of the Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media Advisory Board. He travels throughout the country speaking to hospitals and healthcare providers about social media strategy and best practices.

Bobby Rettew is a multiple Emmy award-winning multimedia producer with a background in corporate marketing communications, public relations, social media, new media, television news, and visual storytelling. His journalist experience in broadcast has transformed his approach as a digital storyteller where he has helped organizations identify compelling, effective messages. Bobby is also an Adjunct Instructor at Clemson University where he teaches for the MBA and MBAe Programs. Bobby holds both a BS in Mathematics and an MA in Professional Communications from Clemson University.
