Our Leadership

Friends since high school, Brad Gray and Jim Aderhold joined forces in 2001 to help local small companies develop a web presence. Their “office” consisted of plywood on saw horses and a few computers. Fast forward to today, Gray Digital Group is now a full service web development and strategy provider with a solid client base and an impressive 95% client retention rate.

Brad Gray, Partner

Brad, born and raised in San Antonio, leads the company’s sales and new business efforts. Brad’s experience as a small business owner has been invaluable in establishing the company’s commitment to cater to small local businesses. As Gray Digital Group has grown, so too has the profile of the company’s clients. Brad is also credited with cultivating long term relationships with large and mid-sized companies from San Antonio and beyond.

Brad leads the volunteer and philanthropic efforts at Gray Digital Group. He’s provided the oversight and direction of new websites for local non for profit organizations, including Boysville, Heatwave Golf Tournament, and Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio. In addition to donating time and services, Brad is responsible for coordinating employee participation at several Habitat builds. He currently serves on the Board of the Louise Batz Patient Safety Foundation.

Jim Aderhold, Partner

Jim, born and raised in San Antonio, is a self-described “techie.” He thrives on the fast paced nature of on-line marketing and enjoys the entrepreneurial nature of the technology industry. Jim has led the expansion of Gray Digital Group’s product and service offerings and has been instrumental in garnering the company’s positive reputation for our creativity and technical capabilities. Jim is currently the company’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day to day business and work flow of the company.

Jim has been at the forefront of establishing the company’s niche in the health care industry. The ever-changing landscape of the health care industry’s landscape has proven to be the perfect place for Jim to put his marketing and technical training and education to work. Gray Digital Group’s health care clients include individual hospitals, large health systems, and physician practices.

In the Community

Community is an important part of the Gray Digital Group team. We support San Antonio’s industry organizations such as the American Marketing Association and American Advertising Federation, and our staff regularly participates in volunteer opportunities to help build our community.
